The smell is tolerable, even slightly inviting, but the first and second swallows taste like rotting fruit. Perhaps it's the black kurant flavour which I've never had anywhere else...

This is a wonderfully flavored vodka, with a rich fruitiness and sweet lingering aftertaste. Not too sweet, like liqueurs, but just perfect. A mouthful of currant.
