I do not recommend it. It is quiet, but that reflects a weak fan resulting in poor airflow. Furthermore, it does not work as advertised -- you CAN'T SWITCH IT OFF !! When you first turn it on, it does take some time to heat up. After 1/2 hour or so, your small room will be warm.
