rating: 5/5 by: Epinions Author rmantha - Quite simply put, in my opinion this is the best deal on a mastercard that I have ever seen. For every purchase (not a cash advance), you receive 2% cash back which is deposited into your 529 savings plan(you have to open a 529 plan with Fidelity).
