They can't seem to get the weight right. They are top heavy and tip over easily. Once that happens any lotion that hasn't skyrocketed across the floor, ends up clogging the unit. Installed it and it wasn't very cold. Store would not take it back, but would make an exchange. Second one - no difference. Still never got really cold.
