Motor is gutsy and produces a low tone growl when working..not the ear piercing tone of cheaper sanders. Rock solid mobile base supports the extension table nicely. Requires 20A 220 circuit (not sure where the guy with the 30A got the specs...the manual says it draws 15A & it runs fine on a 20A circuit).
