During a major snowstorm a few years back the entire engine froze up and needed replacing. Yes, the gas/oil mix was right, yes, it was maintained. Junk non-Deere engine in the unit. It is a no brainer on Windows XP. No drivers are necessary. You just plug it in and it works. Now that I have it I wouldn't go back to a floppy for data transfers unless absolutely necessary.
