It came with 2 sets of headphones, "Y" adapter to connect both headphones, car power adapter, battery and case. We bought it for our son to watch when we take trips in our van. Use it mainly in my car. Love the fact that you can fit multiple albums and hundreds of songs on one disk (especially if using the Atrac3 format). Jog Dial is great for searching through MP3 and Atrac files.
