non-stick/normal pan hybrid

rating: 4/5 by: Epinions Author cweissha - I bought my ScanPan pans May 97 and have used them for all my cooking. The pans have a special surface that is a mix between a non-stick (Teflon type) surface and a cast iron pan. It becomes seasoned with use like cast iron but is easy to clean.
