Control handle froze and wouldn't turn. Downdraft is noisy and still doesn't handle the job. One of the igniters quit. Replacement still doesn't work. Jenn Aire should be ashamed to market such a lousy product. You can't delete messages from the headset and from the base you delete all at once.
